Reporting the Cost of Employer-Sponsored Health Care Coverage on IRS Form W-2:
The Affordable Care Act requires that SPS provide certain information to employees each year, including the total value of their health benefits. The total amount of your 2023 Value of Benefits will appear in Box 12 DD on your W-2, which will be available to you in January 2024.
